地域には、未だデジタル化されていない貴重な文化資源がたくさんあります。図書館等が保管する古地図や古文書、博物館や美術館が保有する収蔵品、市町の歴史民俗資料館等が持つ民具など様々です。
私たちは、これらを未来に伝えるためにデジタルデータ化し公開することに取り組んでいます。
2019年3月、弊社では、佐賀県立図書館データベースを刷新し公開しました。それまで個別のデータベースに保存されていた各種データを、一つの管理システムにまとめ横断検索等の機能を実装しました。また、公開した資料のうち28,000点以上のライセンスをパブリックドメイン（オープンデータ）とし、閲覧には、国際的なデジタルアーカイブ規格「IIIF（トリプルアイエフ）」を採用しました。
デジタルアーカイブのオープンデータ化は、私たちが取り組む事業の中でも、特に重視しているところです。様々な歴史的価値のある資料をデジタル化しウェブ上に公開するだけでなく、誰もが自由に２次利用できるようにすることで、これまで進まなかった研究が始まったり、地域経済への好影響が起こったり、市民による利活用を通じシビックプライドの醸成にもつながると考えています。

There are many valuable cultural resources in the region that have not yet been digitized. These include old maps and documents stored in libraries, collections held by museums and art galleries, and folk tools owned by municipal history and folklore museums.
We are working to digitize and publish these resources so that they can be passed on to future generations.
In March 2019, we refreshed and published the Saga Prefectural Library database.We consolidated various data that had been stored in separate databases into a single management system and implemented cross-search functions. In addition, we made the licenses for more than 28,000 of the published materials public domain (open data) and adopted the international digital archive standard “IIIF (Triple IEF)” for viewing.
The open data conversion of digital archives is one of the most important projects we are working on.By digitizing and publishing various historically valuable materials online, and making them freely available for secondary use, we believe that this will lead to new research that has not been possible before, positive impacts on the local economy, and the cultivation of civic pride through citizen utilization.
